These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the app 10. By using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

The Game

10 is a daily numbers puzzle game. Each day, all players receive the same challenge: use four digits exactly once to create an equation that equals ten.

Your progress, streaks, and hint usage are tracked per account.

Accounts

You must sign in using Apple or Google to play 10.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account. Streaks and progress are associated with your account and may be lost if access is revoked.

Gameplay & Fair Use

You agree to play the game as intended.

You may not:

• Attempt to manipulate puzzles or solutions

• Exploit bugs to gain unfair advantages

• Automate gameplay or submissions

Hints & Purchases

10 may offer optional in-app purchases, including paid hints.

All purchases are final and processed through Apple’s App Store. We do not guarantee puzzle completion or streak success through hint purchases.

Subscriptions & Pro

10 offers an optional Pro subscription.

Pro is billed at $7.99 per week and provides access to premium features.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing

period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s Settings under

Apple ID > Subscriptions.

There is no long-term commitment.

AI-Generated Content

Puzzles, hints, and solution validation may be generated or evaluated using artificial intelligence.

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally be imperfect. We reserve the right to adjust or replace puzzles if necessary.

Streaks & Progress

Streaks are awarded for successfully completing the daily puzzle within the allowed time.

Missed days, incorrect submissions, or technical issues may result in a broken streak. Streaks have no monetary value.

Availability

We strive to keep 10 available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The app may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the app.

No Warranties

10 is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always available.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 10 and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
