10 is designed to collect as little personal data as possible.

We may collect:

• A unique user identifier provided by Apple or Google

• Basic account information (such as name or email, if provided by your sign-in provider)

• Gameplay data (daily puzzle attempts, streaks, hint usage)

Authentication

10 uses Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google for authentication.

We do not collect or store passwords. Authentication is handled securely by Apple and Google, and we receive only the information necessary to identify your account.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used only to:

• Authenticate your account

• Save your daily progress and streak

• Enable hint purchases and restore access

• Improve gameplay balance and reliability

AI & Puzzle Generation

10 uses artificial intelligence to generate daily puzzles, hints, and validate equation solutions.

When you submit an equation for validation, the equation may be processed by AI services. We do not use this data to identify you, and we do not train models on your personal information.

Payments

10 may offer optional in-app purchases for hints or premium features.

All payments are processed securely through Apple’s App Store. We do not store payment information.

Subscriptions & Billing

10 offers an optional Pro subscription.

Pro subscriptions are billed at $7.99 per week and are processed entirely through Apple’s App Store.

We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment method, billing address, or full transaction details. Apple manages all subscription billing, renewals, and cancellations.

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s Settings under Apple ID > Subscriptions.

What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect:

• Precise location data

• Contacts

• Messages or communications

• Health or medical data

Data Retention

We retain your account and gameplay data only as long as your account is active or as required for app functionality. You may request account deletion at any time.

10 is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
